Here at iKBBI, all of our iKBBI registered kitchen fitters have to agree to the strict terms and conditions that we set out. All these conditions are set out to ensure that not only are all our iKBBI registered kitchen fitters fully qualified, with proven track records in the industry, but also to protect the consumer by ensuring they are receiving a high standard of service.
We do this by ensuring that when someone wishes to join our institution they meet specific criteria set by our board. This criteria includes that the tradesman or retailer applying to become one of our iKBBI registered kitchen fitters has a minimum of two years experience in the industry in fitting kitchens and that they are able to provide customer references for the previous work they have undertaken. We insist that they have Public Liability Insurance up to £1 million in indemnity cover and also insist that the applicant is Gas Safe Register registered or providesaaaaaaaaaaaaa details of the contractor they use, who is registered.
By setting such guidelines we ensure that your experience as a consumer is a favourable one and also for our members it ensures that they are extremely capable of providing installations to a high standard and by being classed as one of our iKBBI registered kitchen fitters, they are underlining their determination to prove their credentials and suitability for the work they undertake
