The Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers: Members Entry Criteria

iKBBI membership is intended for kitchen, bedroom & bathroom installation professionals only.
Initial Entry Criteria
Applicants must:
1.	Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years trading through reference checks
2.	Not be registered as bankrupt with Companies House
3.	Disclose any criminal record and agree to a criminal record check if applicable
4.	Hold valid public liability insurance for a minimum of £1m
5.	Be registered with, or subcontract to a registered Gas Safe Register engineer (Kitchen installer applicants only)
6.	Be registered with, or subcontract to a registered Part-P electrician (BS7671 for Scotland & NI) (Kitchen & bathroom applicants only)
7.	Be a permanent UK resident
8.	Agree to abide by our standards and guidelines
9.	Agree to our terms and conditions of membership
10.	Work to our members code of conduct
11.	Agree to inspection from an iKBBI approved inspector
