Applying for membership could not be easier (assuming your installers meet our current entry criteria).

In order for us to fully understand your business, and for one of our membership team to assess your suitability, we will need a few pieces of information.

Online Application
The fastest and simplest way to apply for membership is online. All you’ll need to have is: 

  •  Your personal details (name, address and contact details)

  •  A credit / debit card

Our online application should take around five minutes to complete, and is completely secure. You can be assured that your personal and payment details will be kept safe as we use Barclaycard (Barclays Bank) to process all online payments. The Institute don’t handle, or have access to your card details.

Once we receive your application and payment, we’ll send you details as to what you’ll have to do next. This will involve you sending us details to verify you meet the entry criteria. Again, this should be relatively straight forward if you have the information to hand.

Application by Post
For those retailers who prefer good old “pen & paper”, you can of course download our register of interest form, complete and return by post.
